If you would like to return your NEEBEE product for refund or exchange you can do so within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the relevant item(s) has not been damaged, handled or used and is returned in a salable condition with all original packaging intact.
You must pay the cost of shipping goods back to NEEBEE for a return. NEEBEE is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to NEEBEE. Please use Australia Post or an equivalent secure postal service and purchase tracking. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered.
